Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Toria Lee Limited website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email info@torialee.com or call us on +44 207 083 0178.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once you have place an order we are unable to change your details.

Delivery Times & Costs

United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland - Standard £4 delivery charge (inclusive of packaging). Express - contact sales@torialee.com or call us on +44 207 083 0178 to make special arrangements. All home-ware products will have a standard delivery charge of £15. EU - Standard £6 delivery charge (inclusive of packaging). Home-ware products will have a varying delivery charge depending on the size and weight of the product. After placing the order you will be notified of the charges. International £10 standard (inclusive of packaging) Some countries outside the EU are more expensive so we may contact you via email before completing the order if we need further payment.

For mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland we deliver 5 days a week Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 7 working days following the date your order is placed, if the product is in the warehouse. Some of the goods are handmade so please allow 7-21 working days. We will notify you in advance if there will be a delay to your order. Please allow extra time for all major bank holidays. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when the post-office/courier first try to deliver they will take your order back and leave a note with contact telephone numbers and a unique reference number for you to organize another delivery time at your convenience. We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched. For all international orders, we aim to deliver within 7-14 working days following the date your order is placed unless specified othewise.

Toria Lee Limited delivers to the United Kingdom, EU and most international countries. Toria Lee Limited classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

All items are sent out via the Royal Mail as first class recorded delivery. If you wish to find out further information please email sales@torialee.com. For Express Delivery (UK only): please contact sales@torialee.com for further information. For Overseas Delivery: Unfortunately we are unable to offer order tracking at this time, but you can raise any queries by contacting sales@torialee.com.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. All prices are inclusive of UK or Irish VAT (as applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

Overseas customers

We are unable to accept international Maestro cards. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, permits and other local requirements. Please check the latest local requirements before placing an order.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage. In assessing your request for goods, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.

Returns

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for faulty or unwanted goods. Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please email sales@torialee.com or call us on +44 (0)207 083 0178 before returning goods. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Once we have received the returned items we will organise an exchange within 7 working days for UK customers and 7-14 days for overseas customers. There will be no further delivery charges for faulty goods.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, descriptions and prices of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are based on UK sizes. The jewellery has been designed and made by Toria Lee (unless otherwise specified) so no product is totally identical. The gemstones may vary in size and occasionally it is hard to source the gemstone so some ranges may be discontinued. The belts are limited editions so the product range will change frequently. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of UK or Republic of Ireland VAT (as applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items or if you wish to place an order for the out of stock item we can let you know a delivery timescale of when we will be able to get the item to you.

Placing an order

Please browse through our website and click on images to enlarge. When you have selected an item for purchase, please ensure to select the correct size and colour and then proceed to your cart. Check your order is correct including the quantity and amount and then either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Please fill in all required billing and shipping information along with any coupon or discount codes and again proceed to checkout. You will then be transferred to the Payment Provider secure payment window.
